The air is crisp, the leaves are crunchy, and pumpkin spice is everywhere—that can only mean one thing: fall has arrived! Fall is one of our favorite times of the year. Here are some ideas to make it great for you and your four-legged friends.

Leaf Pile Parties
There’s nothing quite like watching dogs bound into a big pile of freshly raked leaves. The swoosh, the crunch, the happy wiggles—it’s pure joy. Don’t be surprised if your pup comes home with a few leaves stuck to their fur (we think of it as a badge of fall fun!).

Cooler Weather, Happier Walks
Say goodbye to the sweltering summer heat! Fall brings those perfect walking temperatures where every pup wants to strut their stuff. Whether it’s sniffing every crunchy leaf on the ground or chasing a drifting acorn, dogs are soaking in all the seasonal scents.

Pumpkin Everything (Safely!)
Pumpkin isn’t just a human fall favorite—it’s a pup-approved superfood! We like to add a little pure pumpkin to snacks here and there. It’s tasty, full of fiber, and good for sensitive tummies. Of course, we stick to plain, canned pumpkin (no sugar, no spices, no pie filling).

Cozy Naps After Playtime
There’s something about autumn that makes nap time even cozier. After running around outside, pups love curling up on a blanket for a snooze. We’re here for all the snuggles (and yes, we sneak in extra belly rubs!).

Fall Safety Reminders for Pet Parents

  • Keep Halloween candy (especially chocolate and xylitol) far away from pups.
  • Watch for mushrooms on walks—they can be toxic if eaten.
  • Make sure your dog’s ID tag is up to date before all those festive outings.

We’re embracing the season with wagging tails, muddy paws, and plenty of love. Whether it’s chasing falling leaves or cuddling up after play, fall is a time for pups (and their people) to enjoy the simple joys of the season.

Happy Fall, Fur-iends!
